Teaching and learning is a process that occurs throughout one’s life. To be able to teach and coach effectively we must first acknowledge our own passion and desire to help others learn and gain success. From the age of 5 sport has been my life and I have now combined my passion into a career.
I have tried my hand at many sports to which I have been successful. At the age of 5 I began Irish dancing and by age 7 I become all Ireland Irish dancing champion. Being the only girl in a house full of males it was only a matter of time before I would fall in love with the game that has stolen the heart of our nation… the game of football. I found that I had a natural ability to play football and by the time I was 9 I was playing for Fulham FC ladies.

Throughout my primary and secondary school years, I captained and led my teams out on a number of league and cup games, winning 11 out of 14 cups
both within the elite and grassroots football. I have played district and county cricket, netball, and football, moving from Fulham FC to Millwall FC and then finally to Chelsea FC.

I have gained a vast amount of experience within the sporting world and am able to pass my knowledge on to the next generation and the future of our sporting nation. I worked at Chelsea FC where I built strong relationships with both players, co-workers and parents, I know have networked with over 5 elite academies and regularly attending training seminars, showcase football matches and much more. I volunteer my time to a local football club where many have gone on to academies. I try to build a holistic mind, body and soul and believe that inclusion is a vital part of the sport due to the psychological, physiological and sociological benefits it provides to individuals. I have worked hard to build a diverse skill set, gaining as much relevant experience as I can. I am confident in my ability to engender a positive attitude towards learning, and am enthusiastic about the potential to help both adults and children led an active lifestyle. After
having my children I went on to university where I studied to become a physical education teacher and a teacher within education and social science, studying these degrees, as well as my other qualifications, gives me the best opportunity to share my knowledge.

I’ve lost over 110 pounds so far and it’s changed my life. Your coaches have given me the tools, motivation, and the support I needed to become the person that I am today. The staff is great! It’s like a 2nd family.

This is a welcoming place. I'm new to crossfit and the trainers work with you at your level. I'm 35 and I see all ages at this gym.
